Harten Metal Formings Private Limited develop forming toolings and manufacture metal forming components according to Customer’s design, drawings and intended applications. We are currently in the process of implementing ISO 9001 2015. Other certifications such as ISO 140001, IATF 16949 and AS 9001 certifications are planned to be implemented in near future.
We are capable to manufacture all types of metal stamping products as per customer drawing. We design and manufacture all the tooling requirements, fixtures and gauges for component realization. We have developed reliable vendors for outsourcing requirements such as machining, surface coating and heat treatment. We also undertake job works as per customer requirements.
We undertake all types of sheet metal fabrication works for engineering applications.
We have special semi-automatic hydraulic bending machines (2 axis & 8 bend configurations can be programmed) that can precisely bend pipes, rods (up to Dia 60 mm) and eye bolts.
We undertake new product developments and improvement projects (e.g replacing existing components with cost effective solutions). Based on the customer’s design and application of the products, we will provide innovative solutions.
We manufacture Inspection gauges, Jigs and Fixtures (Inspection Fixtures, Machining Fixtures, Welding Fixtures, Assembly Fixtures) required for the production of our products. We can also design and manufacture Jigs and Fixtures according to customer requirements.
